Qorlo Terms

Last updated: 17 May 2026

Qorlo is used to connect authorized marketplace seller accounts for order synchronization, support context, fulfillment operations, and shipment tracking workflows.

Authorization

Only users with permission to authorize and manage a seller account should connect that account to Qorlo. By connecting an account, the user confirms they have authority to grant Qorlo access for the selected workflows.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers remain responsible for reviewing operational decisions, customer-facing communications, fulfillment actions, marketplace compliance, and account settings.

No Legal Or Marketplace Advice

Qorlo may help organize operational information, but it does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, marketplace-compliance, or carrier advice.

Availability And Integrations

Marketplace APIs, permissions, roles, and third-party services can change. Qorlo may be unavailable or limited when a marketplace, carrier, infrastructure provider, or credential is unavailable, revoked, rate-limited, or rejected.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Qorlo is provided for operational assistance and does not guarantee marketplace outcomes, sales performance, uninterrupted access, or error-free automation.

Service Changes

Qorlo may update features, integrations, and policies as marketplace requirements and product capabilities change.
