Qorlo Acceptable Use Policy

Users must use Qorlo only for lawful seller operations and only for marketplace accounts they are authorized to connect and manage.
Prohibited Uses
- Connecting a seller account without proper authorization.
- Using Amazon Information for advertising, resale, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.
- Scraping Seller Central or bypassing Amazon-approved APIs and authorization flows.
- Sharing credentials, tokens, or buyer information with unauthorized parties.
- Exporting, copying, or combining Amazon Information outside approved seller operations.
- Attempting to access another tenant's data or interfere with Qorlo security controls.
- Sending customer-facing messages without seller review and authorization.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, maintaining access only for authorized staff, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
Enforcement
Qorlo may suspend or remove access when misuse, unauthorized access, credential exposure, marketplace policy risk, or security risk is suspected.
