Qorlo Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 May 2026
Qorlo provides ecommerce operations software for marketplace sellers. Qorlo helps authorized sellers manage order visibility, buyer support context, fulfillment workflows, shipment tracking, and related operational tasks.
Who This Policy Covers
This policy covers Qorlo users, seller account administrators, and marketplace information processed when a seller authorizes Qorlo. Qorlo is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
About This Policy
This policy is intended to explain, in clear terms, how Qorlo manages personal information and marketplace information. It should be read together with the Qorlo Data Protection Policy, Security Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms.
Information We Process
When a seller authorizes Qorlo, we may process seller account identifiers, order information, order line information, fulfillment status, shipment and tracking information, buyer message or support context where approved, user account information, audit logs, and configuration data needed to operate the service. Some marketplace data may include buyer personal information where the seller has authorized access and the relevant role or permission is approved.
How We Collect Information
We collect information when users provide it directly, when a seller authorizes a marketplace or carrier connection, when Qorlo synchronizes approved API data, when users interact with Qorlo, and when the service creates security, audit, or operational logs.
Amazon Information
Qorlo accesses Amazon Information only after a seller explicitly authorizes the application through Amazon-approved authorization flows. Qorlo does not scrape Seller Central, buy Amazon Information from data brokers, or access Amazon Information without seller consent.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide seller operations workflows, including order synchronization, support context, fulfillment status checks, shipment preparation, tracking updates, account connection health, troubleshooting, security monitoring, and service improvement.
AI-Assisted Features
Qorlo may use authorized support context to help draft or organize seller replies. Sellers remain responsible for reviewing and sending customer-facing communications. Qorlo does not use Amazon Information to train unrelated public AI models.
Sharing
We do not sell Amazon Information or use it for advertising. Information is shared only as needed to operate Qorlo, comply with law, protect the service, or use essential infrastructure such as hosting, database, logging, monitoring, and backup providers under access controls and confidentiality obligations.
International Processing
Qorlo and its infrastructure providers may process information in countries where the service or providers operate, which may include Australia, the United States, and other locations used by cloud, database, logging, monitoring, backup, email, support, or AI infrastructure providers. We use reasonable contractual, access-control, and security measures when information is processed by infrastructure providers.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, maintain auditability, and protect against fraud or misuse. Seller authorization tokens can be revoked or removed when a seller disconnects an account.
Tenant And Account Separation
Seller data is scoped to the authorized tenant account or isolated customer environment used for that seller. One tenant is not permitted to access another tenant's seller data or connection credentials.
Access, Correction, And Deletion
Authorized users may request access, correction, disconnection, export, or deletion support for their account data by contacting Qorlo. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
Complaints
Privacy questions or complaints can be sent to Qorlo using the contact details below. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period. If a person is not satisfied with our response, they may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another applicable privacy regulator.
